#7 Foxy Danseur (6/1 ml)
Talented Paasch filly has really blossomed of late, and has run well on the turnback on two seperate ocasions. She's also 3-for-5 with Mike Smith aboard, the two losses coming a by a head and a neck. Favorably drawn on the outside here, as her main rival Peppermint Lounge is drawn inside of what looks to be a pace battle between Coco Belle and Lovely Isle, and as such, Peppermint Lounge will either have to go early or perhaps end up getting boxed in to some extent. As for Foxy Danseur, in each of her two most recent starts (one vs. Peppermint Lounge), she has been able to lay off the early pace and then commence a smooth rally to take the lead after six furlongs. There's no reason she shouldn't be able to do that here, particularly if the leaders are battling thru fast fractions, as it appears they might. Also note that Smith is getting off Coco Belle in order to stay with Foxy Danseur. Tough race, but i think she's up to the challenge, and the price should be generous.
