What i see that is interesting is well armed at 15-1 that is carzy. I think at the price now blue exit is a good wager...Its too early to tell but it is way to early to throw a 3 year old in there.

In past years, Avello has opened horses like Curlin and Discreet Cat @ 3/1. With eight months until raceday, no less. Nice to see this year's favorite is 12/1, but most of the prices are still downright awful. Speaking for myself, i got a chuckle out of Stardom Bound @ 30/1. That's what happens when you base the BC Classic sheet off the Kentucky Derby sheet, i guess.

Zenyatta is another story. She already won the Distaff last year, and therefore her connections may be inclined to try the Classic this time around. Particularly since staying in the Distaff division very well may have cost her Horse of the Year.

On the flip-side, her connections barely gave the Classic a second thought last year, when quite frankly she would've deserved to be the favorite. So she might need a repeat performance of her 2008 campaign for her connections to even consider it this year. Any dropoff at all (and realistically, there's nowhere else to go but down) , and it may be right back to the Distaff. Or the Ladies' Classic, or whatever they're calling it these days.

Incidentally, sheets for the other Breeders Cup races won't surface until June, at the very earliest.

Interesting? Didnt this horse close somewhere around this price for the Derby in pool 1?
