Monmouth Park's "Survival at the Shore," the free on-line handicapping contest that offers major prizes, will begin on Saturday. Players can register by going to the contest website, survivalattheshore.com., for a complete list of rules. First prize will be a trip to the National Handicapping Championship in Las Vegas.     publichandicapper.com is a good contest year round...to qualify for the contest in vegas you must atleast play 60 races and play all breederscup races...
