from The Virtual FormGuide:
Outstanding colt Sea The Stars will have his next start in the Juddmonte International at York with trainer John Oxx ruling out the King George VI and Queen Elizabeth at Ascot as an option.
Oxx confirmed they would wait until the York feature on August 18, rather than run Sea The Stars in the King George on Saturday week.
"We're going to give him an easy few weeks and then look at the Juddmonte International at York next, ground permitting," Oxx told the Racing Post.
"The plan is to look then at the Tattersalls Millions Irish Champion Stakes in Leopardstown, but everything will be ground dependent once the horse is well."
The absence of Sea The Stars will be a boost to connections of King George hopeful Youmzain in his quest for an elusive Group One win in Britain.
Youmzain has been placed in the past two runnings of the King George won by Duke Of Marmalade and Dylan Thomas.
