I suspect the first will start at a price that makes a bet no value.
The second should be the one to beat ... i'd be slightly worried about the #7 .. but we should be good. Maybe a #7-#8 Exacta Box?

well you had a pretty darn good misprint on the penn race. the #8 horse that you had picked was the 5th race and it won at 8 dollars but the 8 horse in the 4th won at a nice price of 40 bucks. haha
