Dar Re Mi could again clash with her male counterparts at the Breeders' Cup after her sterling effort behind Sea The Stars in the Qatar Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe at Longchamp on Sunday.

The Lord Lloyd Webber-owned filly proved the superior of her sex in the Arc when fifth behind a quartet of Group One-winning colts.

The four-year-old is the warm favourite for the Filly & Mare Turf at Santa Anita on November 7, but it is possible she may again tackle Arc fourth Conduit in the Breeders' Cup Turf.

Gosden said: "She is in good form and came out of the race really well.

"We are going to point her towards the Breeders' Cup now, and she has options out there.

"She is in the Filly & Mare Turf, but we will look at the mile-and-a-half race as well.

"She proved herself the best middle-distance European filly at the weekend.

"She beat the French Oaks winner (Stacelita) and was only a couple of lengths behind Sea The Stars."

Conduit has been backed into clear favouritism for the Breeders' Cup Turf, with William Hill trimming him into even-money (from 9-4).

Cavalryman and Fame And Glory, a respective third and sixth in the Arc, were removed from the betting.
