HENRY CECIL'S Breeders' Cup trio of Twice Over, Midday and Father Time completed their preparations for the Breeders' Cup in exemplary style on Wednesday morning and will be winging their way to Santa Anita at the weekend.

The Limekilns round gallop was the venue for their final serious exercise ahead of engagements on November 6 and Midday (Tom Queally) and Father Time were the first in action as they sauntered clear of their lead horse to finish around ten lengths ahead with both on the bridle as they passed through alongside each other.

After a changeover, Twice Over (Queally) gave the impression that his Emirates Airline Champion Stakes victory has taken little out him as he exuded class when motoring clear of Tranquil Tiger (EddieAhern).

Cecil said: "They all seem in good form and at the moment are on course for the Breeders' Cup. They all quickened up nicely and, I wouldn't say they would win, but they have a good chance of acquiting themselves well in their races."

Twice Over is as short as 8-1 for the Breeders' Cup Classic, while Midday is one of the leading chances for the Filly and Mare Turf. Father Time is being aimed at the Marathon, for which he is a general 4-1 chance.
