from Racing Post:

FRANCE will have just two runners at the Breeders' Cup at Santa Anita next weeked as Sweet Hearth will not be going for the Dirt Mile on November 7.

The filly, who had been just touched off by her stablemate Varenar in the Prix de la Foret, had also had an entry for the Filly and Mare Sprint.

Trainer Alain de Royer-Dupre said on Thursday: "She scoped dirty this morning and I can't risk travelling her now. "

Goldikova is now France's main hope of success at the meeting and she is the hot favourite to land back-to-back victories in the Breeders' Cup Mile with Olivier Peslier in the saddle.

The only other French runner will be her stablemate Only Green whose first preference is the Turf Sprint.

Both fillies travel to Amsterdam on Saturday from where they will be flown to Los Angeles the following day.
