Interesting that Dutrow took Prado off Homeboykris to ride Radiohead.

If he runs the next 1/8th in 13 sec, he runs it the same time as Eskendereya in the FOY. Almost a full second faster at the mile than the FOY. This could be a serious racehorse. First time out since the BC Juvy almost 4 months.

Miner's Reserve a Zito maiden ran the same time as Raidohead, kind of curios what the track variant will be for Saturday's card.

The maiden race that Miners Reserve had previously run in was faster than the Holy Bull (which was run just a half-hour later on the same card). The Holy Bull was a furlong farther, but the maiden race still projects faster with an ordinary extra furlong (as with your Radiohead comparison). Although the track variant guys probably won't give today's maiden races (Game On Dude was coming out of the same race, btw) any extra credit.

i still think he will be better around one turn and shorter but derby fever is here...but i do love that horse and hopefully he will go to the wood mem.. against buddy saint.

Just looked at the charts. No fractional times available for the Miner's Reserve race; must have been a timer malfunction?

In any case, note that all three of the colt miles (Game on Dude, Radiohead, Miner's Reserve) went a good bit faster than the two filly stakes later on the card.

I did notice that also early on in the day. We might have a decent crop of 3yo and lets hope that must of them come back next year and get the handicapp divison back exciting.
