I noticed FL's query in the weather thread earlier, so i just went to the TV Guide website to check, and it looks like NBC is presenting a two-hour Pimlico broadcast from 4:30 to 6:30 Eastern time. Should be some undercard races on the tube...

In two hours? Well, i guess you're right, as they do tend to stretch out the post times on those big days (i guess to allow for the long lines at the betting windows?). Thanks for the notice.

Thanks guys. That's disappointing that they will only show one undercard race (N)
Second year in a row I've had a graduation to attend on Preakness day.

Dixie Stakes has a post time of 5:12 so hopefully they show that one on NBC. Preakness post is then 6:12pm. Looks like the only tv channel showing the races will be HRTV. Don't understand why ESPN won't pick up the undercard like they do in Kentucky. First race at Pimlico is 10:45am and there are a total of 13 races on the card.
