Austin Brown Final Update

As most of you guys already know, I picked this one out after he RNA from Keeneland sale. Picked him in OBS for a bargain price of $90k. Bred by the Mullhollands and has a girth and shoulder from hell. Sent him to Pletcher after he showed bucked shins last summer. Time off and sent to PMM where he showed nothing. Fodder for the other TAP good 3 year olds. Ran and caught rail in 2 of three races. TAP daily rate was not in the cards so we sent him to chris Grove in Baltimore and Chris thinks he is the best he has ever had.

Runs tomorrow night at Charles Town in msw $26k---4-1 ml but my play alone should cause a swing to around 4/5. Race 4 , I think, I'm in Lexington and catching a good Buzz so you may want to check the race. If he does not win by 7 lengths, I will be shocked! If he does not win, we will see AB in cheap clm next out and cut our losses!

Just got back from an eight hour seminar on same day medication and the Lasix debate. Definitely time for a cocktail and pull a win for Austin Brown. A couple of meaningless sct in the race, should not hurt or help one way or the other. I just hope he relishes two turns, like we thought he would. I know Acosta will not let up late if he has a chance, he will definitely beat the hair off of him!!!
