winner went off at 17-1 and only paid $30.00. What's the deal?

    I actually had him and was quite confused myself. If you noticed, though, the totes for Euro races were acting up quite a bit this morning and they froze with 0 mtp. He went down 3 clicks in that time is my understanding.
