    I agree with this for the most part. I think jockeys are largely interchangeable. That being said, i do think it can be quite telling which rider a certain trainer uses on a horse. Obviously, trainers have certain guys that they tend to use on their live ones, whereas they also might have some riders that they very rarely win with. Always a good idea to check the corresponding numbers and see what the case might be.

    Agree. It's like if you only watched Fairplex, you would think Martin Pedroza is an elite jock. However, I'm not sure he cost this horse the victory.

    replay shows the jockey gave up on the horse. this was the first time Agave Kiss got headed just before the turn, he stop riding her.

    anyways only the rider and the connections know what they doing. :sad:

    Yes, because if Ramon had perservered on Agave Kiss, I'm sure she would have re-rallied.
