    Their thought process and planning of the event has become a bit ridiculous.
    They need to do one of these things to quit leaving everything so up in the air.
    1) Declare a permanent site (Obviously SA and CD are likely candidates)
    2) Set an alernating schedule (SA to CD to SA to CD, etc)
    3) Return to the multitude of host sites they once had
    4) Have a set group of host tracks that meet the criteria to host and alternate between those

    Criteria would obviously include ability to handle the large crowd, parimutuals, populated enough to fill the stand, a dirt (no AW) track, a proven nice turf course, etc. This could essentially create 5-6 tracks nationwide that would be host sites and resolve all of these issues.

    Agree, it always comes down to what runs the country POLITICS!!!!!!!
