Cayambe on Broadway

California claiming staple Cayambe, was claimed away in his last and surfaces in NY in a starter 15k Allowance, with a $50k purse (plenty of reason to van a horse across America), for top connections to boot.

This race isn't easy, but I think he's gonna get sent, and the connections is a gambler, but he usually gets down offshore so lets say like 4-1 is fair IMO.

Thoughts. Always follow the money. Right JG.

I like a lot of horses tomorrow (a lot of Joel), very curious to hear from John, DC, and FB on racing across the land. Pick 5 crushable @ SA tomorrow as well. Let's get rich (slowly).

Sounds like last Saturday was one of those days. I got on a roll late at OP and then stumbled down from the Club to the slab and hit the last few at SA. When Suggestive Boy held on in the Kilroy Mile, that triggered a huge tri and super which made my week. Almost went bat shit crazy and traded in my car for a new GMC Denali, but thought better of an impulse buy. WTF, went out Monday and made the deal!

Looking for help on Thursday at SA. As far as OP goes, I have one play i"m making in the first. Dixie's Homerun is a 4yo fillie homie from Randall family in Lex. She will race through the year and then go to breeding shed. Didn't make her first start until last month and was pretty good first out , holding on for 3rd against more seasoned rivals. Trainer Jim Dodgen likes her alot and odds maker gives us a gift at 10-1. Outside draw is a question due to track renovation on Monday, but she should avoid any traffic problems and offer a second out improvement !

Watch for possible track bias after the work----should know by the 5th or 6th?

That's my favorite way to win. By 100 lengths geared down.

Cayambe made the NY crowd eat it and like it!!!

Sorry about my play at Oaklawn---but, it didn't take more than one race to see that the renovation caused a track bias---just find early speed that can cross-over and get on the rail at Oaklawn and you are home free. Now, it will change in days to come, but for now, hit em hard while the gettins good!!!

Fuck we hit everything today. I had a flawless victory at SA (the pick 6 only paid a g), murdered NY, and lost a couple hundred bucks at GP.

I want to open tomorrows form, but steak, scotch, and 23 year old pussy is calling my name, too...

Ordered pizza, but went with the other two. Took my little bro out for a night of titties and Budweiser first.

Yuck. I got alive for $1500 and $4500 for .50 in the pick 5 today, but couldn't do shit. Hedged out a small profit. Crushed the late EXACTA @ SA. Not bad, but could have been another big day.

Looks like the race didn't take much out of Cayame. He goes 2 turns under the same conditions tomorrow. 5/2 ML would be very nice IMO.

Yeah, looks like the trainer wanted to fill the race, as his other horse went off @ 2-1.

In tomorrow's 6th @ AQU Dynamic Host goes for the same connesctions/same move West to East. Looks like this group did their homework. Nice purse, and he's not at risk, much like Cayambe.

Much shorter price, but seems likely IMO.
