Does anyone else like Najjaar at a huge price today in the Razorback @ Oaklawn?
He posted a nice comeback race (after 10 months off) finishing second to Unstoppable U who had things all his own way on the front, while Najjaar circled past the remainder of the field from last. Unstoppable U flattered that effort with his recent victory last weekend during the Sam Houston stakes races defeating the likes of Hurricane Ike and Twinspired fairly handily. This horse was on everyone's Derby radar last year after his ridiculous closing effort in the Rebel only to run back poorly in the Arkansas Derby and follow it up with a fair effort on the turf. The pace this race draws should give him every opportunity to make his late run. If not betting to win, you have to at least think this one merits a spot at the bottom of gimmicks as he'll pick off faders turning for home.
