Pletcher Trainees Work at Palm Meadows | Paulick Report – Thoroughbred Horse Racing News

check out the picture of PM flyin by Bobby from last Sunday. I trried to post the pic but I guess it is copyrighted by Dana Wimpfheimer/Equisport Photos--They probably think this photo will worth something down the road--I sure hope so!

click on the picture when the Paulick report comes up and you get an enlarged photo which really shows off PM muscle tone. Plus, it appears that PM is much larger than Bobby?

Interesting to note that Verrazano worked out with Discreet Dancer again.

Yeah, that whole situation crossed my mind. Verrazano looks like a 4YO on the track too. He might be in another class, but let's see how this weekend goes before we start thinking too much into it. A good, strong, Prado ride will have PM ready to explode at the 1/4 pole.

I don't know how you're sleeping JG. Shit affects my sleep, and my chick asked why I've been chewing on my pen (handicapping) than normal. Good luck buddy. I think we're all excited.

Not sleeping much, check out the time of this reply!

Post #2 is better than #12, but not ideal? TAP thinks the race is slow to develop, thus PM will be forwardly placed and save ground into the first turn and just cruise down the back stretch. At the NOLA oval, the real running starts on the 2nd turn, and that's where PM is expected to commence his move and angle out coming into the stretch, which hopefully Prado will have room to get him outside for the long FG stretch run. There very well could be 3 or 4 cross the finish line together, and every step counts so alot rides on Edgar Prado's decisions. TAP and Dogwood expect to win, but a 2nd would be good enough to get to Louisville. I don't think the price will be much as every swingin' dick commentator has put PM on the short list, but 5/2--3-1 is logical?

Florida Derby is anybody's guess, but I get the feelin' that Eddie Plesa has LUCKY right where he wants him. Bobby has to be there, ORB doesn't? I kind of see the race running that way.

Going to be hit and miss for me the next few days, will post if information becomes available.
