Paging Mr. Toma

I thought I would send a note before you head out to Arlington Park. Word from the gang in Hot Springs is very positive for today and they are getting ready to fire some big $$$.

Drayden Van Dyke picks up the mounts for Tom Proctor, and most of these were probably going to go to Gary Stevens before his knee trouble. Van Dyke has told his old buddies at Oaklawn that he is on 5 mounts and that all are very live today!

Race 2
7f on poly #6 Myositis Dan, 7/5, is a poly monster, having won 2 races on Keeneland poly and has been working like a new horse on Arl poly.

Race 5
1 mile turf
#2 VV Goodnight, 3-1
Word is that Proctor has been re-training this one to speed pop the gate(Seabiscuit?)

Race 6
#5 Chiseled, 8-1
great price on this one. Exotic play must!

Race 7
Arlington Handicap, G3, 1 1/4 turf
#4 Avanzare, 7/2
moves up but has always been in the money. Must use with the McPeek monster in exotics.

Race 10
Modesty Stakes, G3, 1 3/16 turf
#4 Gulsary, 4-1
Distance is the big question in this one? Best chance is if the turf is soft--which may happen?

Delaware Handicap
G1
1 1/4 dirt

#6 Princess of Sylmar is a monster and the added distance fits her like a glove. If you want something at a price, try #2 Flashy American, 7/2, as McPeek is really high on her chances?

GOOD LUCK and hope it stays dry!

Thanks JG! Weather is throwing a wrench into the day so trying to plan accordingly. We might have a yielding course and a couple scratches today!!!

Van Dyke has been tearing things up and glad to see him get some good mounts for today! Like his chances on a few. Look for the local horse, Big Tom Prado, to hit the board at huge odds today In the American Derby!

    A few I'm on today;

    R5 - #4 Stormin Elle

R7 - #4 Avanzare (Maybe Drayden takes them all the way around?)

    R8 - #7 The Pizza Man

    R9 - #1 Big Tom Prado (WPS)

Modesty is incredibly difficult! I still haven't come up with a selection, this one is going to have to wait until the odds go live.

    Good luck today all.

I snuck out for a few races, only win bet I made was the Wayne Catalano horse getting Lasix in her 14th start. Bet $50 and $50 thought she would be 15-1, and she ended up paying ten and six. Hey I'm sexy, or yes I 'm sexy or something...
