Yehuda Guttman, a Brooklyn fantasy player, says hes one of thousands of people who wagered on the gaming websites and since they may not be legal, he cant be a loser.
His suit goes after the banks that he says loaned money or credit used to place bets on the daily fantasy sites businesses that state Attorney General Eric Schneiderman has labeled illegal gambling operations.
