You have to bet them in Vegas. As far as limits, it depends who you are and how much you're trying to win. Wynn does have the highest limits in town when it comes to horse futures, and of course they offer more than anyone else does also. It also appears the Lucky's Derby sheet (the only other one i've seen so far) is being pretty much copied from the Wynn sheet. Winslow Homer dropped to 75/1 (from 100/1) at both properties. Not sure if either place took a bet; Avello might've noticed the Philly Park result and dropped it on air (with Lucky's following suit once they saw the new Wynn number). That's often how it works.
